The elapsed field in the CSV statistics contains an absolute Unix timestamp instead of the elapsed wall-clock time.

For example, running:

cbc app1-1.mps -solve -writeStatistics stats.csv

produced an elapsed value of 1793940566.54,it looks like a tiomestamp, although the solve took only a few seconds.

just take the difference of CoinWallclockTime() and time1Elapsed can fix it.

• After: elapsed = 4.34
