Pull request overview
Updates the project README to remove outdated documentation links and reflect the current “runtime modules” scope, addressing Issue #319.
Changes:
- Replaced the “Runtime Definitions” bullet with a more complete “Runtime Modules” list.
- Updated documentation links from the old
/Guides/.../paths to the newer/installation/and/dev/paths (and added terminal punctuation).
