Updates the Export invoices section of cockroachcloud/billing-management.md to document the new daily CSV export option added in managed-service#23674.
Changes
Splits the old single "Export CSV" option into two distinct options, matching the updated UI labels:
Export Monthly CSV — same behavior as the previous "Export CSV" (one row per line item for the billing period)
Export Daily CSV — new option: usage broken down by day, cluster, and charge type; includes Locality (for multi-region breakdowns) and Description (charge name) fields; adjustment rows (e.g., premium support, credits) are appended at the end
Adds a callout_info caveat that Export Daily CSV is not available for invoices posted in 2025 or earlier
Renames "Export PDF" → Export Invoice PDF to match the updated UI label
