Use Cloudflare-Studio/ask-bonk/github@main, like most repositories. Stop Bonk five minutes before the job's 30-minute limit so it reports the outcome itself, and deny opencode paths outside the checkout instead of prompting, which nothing can answer in CI.

Follow-up to #279. Switches the Bonk workflows to
Cloudflare-Studio/ask-bonk/github@main, as most cloudflare repositories already do, instead of a pinned commit that needs a manual bump for every release. Every input these workflows pass still exists, and defaults are unchanged.Also:
