Implement sp_helpdb and sp_helpconstraint system procedures - #33
Conversation
This commit implements two system stored procedures to improve T-SQL compatibility: - sp_helpdb: Returns metadata about databases defined in the engine. - sp_helpconstraint: Lists check constraints and foreign keys for a table. The implementation status documentation has been updated to reflect these changes. Keywords were intentionally not added in this pass to avoid misleading status without full parser support.
