Needs
- Co-editors need to see who made the last update and when
- Co-editors need to see what changes were made since they last went on a form
- Co-editors need to see where the others are working on a form

-
Attribution: the form card should show not just when the last edit happened but who made it and at what time, so that a returning editor knows whether a colleague has worked on the form since their last visit.
-
Change summary on re-entry: when opening a form that has been edited by someone else, a summary of what changed would help the editor get up to date without having to review every question.
-
Clearer state signalling: when another person is actively editing, the interface should make the consequences clear. Participants compared the expected behaviour to Google Docs, where two people can be in the same document without overwriting each other's work.
