Fills the new SeoAnalysis.indexability field in the batch test fixture and builds its TechnicalSeo/MetaTags with struct update syntax (clippy field_reassign_with_default).

Batch overall, dimensions and signals now share one page set, sorted by URL (order-invariant); non-averageable signal details name an example_url. Tests: 3 differing pages x 6 permutations. Local: cargo test --lib ai_visibility (32), clippy -D warnings. Refs #785.
