   Steps to reproduce:

   • Submit a transaction
   • Click one time “Approve” button (get transaction signed)
   • Disconnect the node or cause a timeout error while submitting the signed transaction to the ledger API
   • Go to activities menu
   • Select the transaction marked as signed
   • Try to submit again clicking “Approve” button

    Thanks for the details steps @wallacekelly-da , here's the new behavior (you can now retry submissions for already signed transactions):
