Support frigate sp server properly #3588

Description

@kevin0t

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am hosting my own Silent payments server for privacy reasons. The backend i am using is Frigate developed by sparrow wallet dev.
While cake wallet does connect to frigate on initial silent payments sync but then it fails to connect to my frigate server on port 50001 . I have to manually switch it to electrs port for it to sync non-silent payment transactions . Frigate server is actually connected to my electrs server on backend , so it should process non-silent payment transactions too as described in frigate docs and is the case in sparrow wallet.
I am not sure how does the frigate server actually want the wallet to communicate with it but surely if fixed could be very useful.
I am not saying its a mistake on Cakes end not sure but it would be a nice addition for anyone else looking to self host sp in future.

Describe the solution you'd like
Cakewallet should be able to use frigate as a backend fully for sp and non-sp transactions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
manually switching between electrs and frigate
