Summary
Update go-xdr to a2095890273e, picking up buildbarn/go-xdr#2.
The RPC server now sizes reply buffers from the completed response instead of the largest response previously sent on the connection. This avoids oversized allocations for small NFS replies following a large reply, while retaining a contiguous reply buffer and a single connection write.
This updates the Bazel and Go dependency pins and Go checksums. No NFS handler or configuration changes are needed.
