The CI build was broken because the
0.39.xversions ofrust-htslibhave been yanked from crates.io, and the previously resolvedv0.39.5failed to compile withnightly-2025-03-20due to type mismatches (expected usize, found u64) in the upstream crate's HTSlib bindings.Changes
Cargo.toml: Bumprust-htslibfrom"0.39.3"to"1.0.1"— the only change needed; the existing echtvar code is fully API-compatible withrust-htslib1.0.x with no source modifications required.
