Centralize common Test-CIPPStandardLicense capability sets behind presets to streamline the code and improve maintainability. Migrate existing calls to utilize these presets instead of specifying required capabilities directly. The important changes are in Test-CIPPStandardLicense, other than that it's mostly just migrating to use the presets

As the title says, added the ability to add/remove groups when editing group memberships. Also filters out M365 Groups from the add group picker, as they are not supported for nested group memberships. Please let us know if there's any suggested changes we should make, did our best to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. Thanks!
