docs: evmhot's mark and name - #13

Brings evmhot into Bloque's open-source family brand (decided 2026-10-13):
docs/brand/holds the marks:symbol.svg, one-colour versions (ink, white), horizontal and stacked lockups for light and dark grounds, and 16/32 px favicons. Self-contained SVG, wordmarks outlined.No code changes. The docs site for evmhot waits until its spec is revamped.
