This PR is failing CI because TypeScript 6.0 has deprecated certain compiler options that this project uses. There are two separate issues:

1. tsconfig.json: baseUrl is deprecated

Error:

tsconfig.json(21,5): error TS5101: Option 'baseUrl' is deprecated and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0.

The baseUrl option is being used with paths for the @/* alias.

Fix options:

• Option A: Add "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" to compilerOptions in tsconfig.json to suppress the warning (kicks the can down the road to TS 7.0)
• Option B: Remove the baseUrl and paths config entirely, and update all @/* imports throughout the codebase to use relative imports instead

2. tsconfig.build.json: moduleResolution=Node is deprecated

Error:

tsconfig.build.json(5,25): error TS5107: Option 'moduleResolution=node10' is deprecated and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0.

The moduleResolution: "Node" setting (which maps to node10 internally) is deprecated.

Fix options:

• Option A: Add "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" to compilerOptions in tsconfig.build.json to suppress the warning
• Option B: Change moduleResolution to "Node16" or "NodeNext" and update the module setting accordingly (this may require code changes for proper ESM/CJS interop)
