Description
Updates the Lambda layer ARN table (
src/config/lambdaLayerArns.js) for two releases:18(commercial),15(ap-southeast-5/7, ca-west-1, mx-central-1, cn-north-1, cn-northwest-1),7(ap-east-2, ap-southeast-6). Source: aws-otel-java-instrumentation release-build run35275278330(release/v2.31.x), MCM-159322786.14(commercial),15(us-east-1),10(ap-southeast-5/7, ca-west-1, mx-central-1, cn-north-1, cn-northwest-1),5(ap-east-2),4(ap-southeast-6). Source: aws-otel-dotnet-instrumentation release-build run33025172890(release/v1.15.x), MCM-157717740.Both blocks cover the same 35 regions as before; every ARN is a +1 version bump verified against the corresponding release-build published layers.
