This change installs the DataTables Buttons and ColVis extensions, and includes that button on the DataTables that are create by the server_process_common.js file. These tables typically have a lot of columns and this button will allow the user to select which columns they want to see.

This commit also changes the location of the caption in the associated table such that the caption is above the page size and filter options. These tables now look like the screenshot below:
