fix: restore Signal 8.32.1 CI compatibility

Summary

• Repair the current scheduled adoption failure: Signal removed the legacy sticker picker and renamed the settings navigation host.
• Move those lifecycle hooks from version-specific mail hunks into narrowly scoped, tested transforms. Preserve pinned source byte-for-byte; retain the new passphrase gate, dark editor theme and result contract.
• Validate both known-good v8.31.2 and failing candidate v8.32.1 in the existing artifact-only PR workflow. Leave upstream.pin and publication unchanged.

Validation

• 70 Python tests passed (8 subtests), including real materialised-source contracts.
• Fresh materialisation succeeds for both tags; candidate replay has exact expected tree identity, and pinned tree exactly matches unmodified main.
• Patch export round trips are byte-identical on both tags; patch payload audit shows only the two relocated hooks changed.
• actionlint and git diff --check pass.
• Full Android tests and unsigned release APK assembly are being validated by this PR matrix; no signing or production publication was dispatched.
