[Enhancement] Expose coredumpctl debug's .*-debuginfo.rpm package download recommendations (for when debuginfod is insufficient). #388

Implementations

  1. When one attempts to invoke debug on a crash for which the debuginfod server is unable to provide symbols, coredumpctl recommends that .*-debuginfo packages be downloaded in order to acquire these values:

Core was generated by `/app/bin/indexer --notify --background /run/flatpak/doc/6c0e91e5/@\{\'Name\'=\'Public\'\;\ \'Identifier\'=\'SG5N9Q\'\}\#.dir/.git'.
Program terminated with signal SIGABRT, Aborted.

[Current thread is 1 (LWP 53)]
    Missing file(s), try: dnf --enablerepo='*debug*' install /usr/lib/.build-id/94/ce4b66a1c49aaa40a2ae491451ebdc7d8aebf4 /usr/lib/debug/.build-id/94/ce4b66a1c49aaa40a2ae491451ebdc7d8aebf4.debug
  2. KDE's plasma-drkonqi-6.4.4-1.fc42 automatically downloads required packages via a button exposed, when needed, in its GUI. 1 If it's unable to, it provides a list.

However, gnome-abrt-1.4.3-4.fc42 lacks it.

#365 (comment) might implicitly provide this, if it is implemented as a log. However, I don't consider that to be an ideal implementation of it.

This should be implemented before #378 (comment) is. 2
