A system pinned to the Hub has no way to re-index or re-scrape it. You have to go into its category and use the system's menu there. Users who pin systems directly to the Hub (and hide the categories) can't do it at all.
Category tiles already offer Index and Scrape (hub.rs open_context_menu), and Systems rows offer index_system/scrape_system (systems.rs). The Hub's Kind::System tiles only get Move and Remove.
Fix: add index_system and scrape_system to the Hub menu for Kind::System tiles. Use the same conditions as Systems (not for launchables, and not while indexing or scraping is running), and call router::start_index/start_scrape with the tile's system ID.
