Add an atomic playlist action for rotating through a user-defined set on repeated scans of the same token.
Proposed behavior:
- If the referenced playlist is not active, load it and play item 1.
- If that same playlist is already active, advance to and play the next item.
- After the final item, wrap to item 1.
- Do not advance an unrelated active playlist.
- Initial scope does not need to preserve position across Core restarts.
A dedicated ZapScript command such as playlist.cycle:<playlist> would make the behavior directly encodable on one token. Existing playlist.play always creates the playlist at index 0, while playlist.next only operates on whichever playlist is active, so combining the current commands does not provide this identity-aware behavior.
Use cases include game series, alternate ports, multi-disc sets, and games grouped for a particular controller.
