  • Migrates CI from CircleCI to GitHub Actions.
  • Adds Ruby/Rails matrix coverage for Ruby 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4 against Rails 7.0 and 8.0.
  • Updates Dependabot to monitor GitHub Actions.
  • Removes unnecessary Selenium usage from server-rendered feature specs to avoid Chrome inspector flakes.
