rgb-lib beta.42-bfa adds the required `OnlineOptions::eth_rpc_url` field. The wallet in `rgb_utils` only accepts channel consignments and does not support the BFA schema, so it needs no Ethereum RPC and sets it to None. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
rgb-lightning-node needs a BFA-capable rgb-lib (BFA assets, burn + burn consignment). The node and this crate must resolve to the same rgb-lib, otherwise two copies end up in the graph (rgb-lib types are shared across the boundary, and the BFA
[patch.crates-io]of the RGB crates applies to both).Compared to the existing #44 (same tag), this also includes the
eth_rpc_urlfield, without which the crate does not compile against beta.42-bfa (missing field eth_rpc_url in initializer of OnlineOptions).Notes
