Easy ability to change the interface language of exe and Java

Hi. Can you add a localization file for the SporeModder FX interface? Russian Russian localization does not prevent me from working, but it would be much more pleasant to do it with a Russian interface. The application also has instructions on how to work, in addition to links. Which are specified directly in the application itself - such as the effects editor. It was nice to have a translation button so that you could perform one function or another without being distracted from the application.
