Description
Bump the Snapmaker Orca version from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 for the next release.

No functional or breaking changes.
Tests
No runtime tests required. Verified no leftover
2.3.5references in tracked non-asset files (git grep), and version constants are consistent across all four bumped files.
