Replace the handwritten dashboard with Svelte 5, shadcn-svelte/Bits UI components and TanStack Query. The Rust executable embeds the built frontend and continues to own the API, SSE and PWA support, with no Node.js runtime required.
Add searchable repository and tag popovers, theme controls, draft context actions, bulk history reset and permanent deletion, and multi-select tag assignment for individual or selected drafts. Generate TypeScript API types from Rust with Specta.
Build the frontend before Cargo in CI and release jobs, and verify packaged dashboard bundles and PWA assets. Bump the app to 1.0.0.
Document dashboard controls, bulk actions and multi-select tagging in the Astro docs. Update rustls to 0.23.46 to resolve the CI security advisories, using the approved one-time release-age exception while keeping the normal 14-day policy unchanged.
Validation: 30 isolated browser tests, 55 Rust tests, 7 frontend unit tests, frontend type/lint/build checks, Clippy, actionlint and offline cargo-deny/cargo-vet checks passed. The live instance and database were untouched. Cross-platform release packaging still requires a GitHub Actions run.
