Use @changesets/cli 3.0.0-next.8, which includes the prerelease fix from changesets/changesets#2090 and is older than Shopify's 7-day pnpm minimum-release-age gate. Regenerate the pnpm lockfile so CI installs the same resolved prerelease version. Assisted-By: devx/977b1c5e-6315-40ff-9c54-08832b495fc5
