test(tools): add unit tests for isTruthy and isObject #42636

- Target Files: isTruthy.ts and isObject.ts
- Task: Add tests verifying type-guard behavior on primitives, arrays, null/undefined, functions, and objects.

Hi @muditjain2204 I'd like to work on this issue. I'll add the unit test files (isObject.spec.ts and isTruthy.spec.ts) covering type-guard behavior across primitives, functions, arrays, objects, null, and undefined. Can i work on it ?
Hi @muditjain2204 @NinjaOP241 I noticed PR #42648 was opened for this. However, it seems that miss a few key type-guard cases for isTruthy and isObject (e.g., [insert specific missing edge case, e.g., handling of NaN, empty objects, functions, or Symbols])
I have unit tests ready covering all primitive, null/undefined, array, function, and object edge cases as outlined in the issue description. If needed, I’d be happy to submit a complete PR .
