Dragging an image from Rocket.Chat into the composer uploads it twice #42570

Description:

Dragging a single image rendered inside Rocket.Chat into the message composer can result in the same image being uploaded twice.

The duplicate uploads are created from the same drag action, even though only one image was dropped.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Rocket.Chat channel or direct message.
2. Find an image displayed inside Rocket.Chat, such as an image attachment in a message or a user's profile picture.
3. Drag the image into the Rocket.Chat message composer.
4. Check the attachments shown in the composer.

Expected behavior:

The image should be uploaded once from a single drag-and-drop action.

Actual behavior:

The same image is uploaded twice.

Additional information:

This issue reproduces when dragging images that are already rendered inside Rocket.Chat. Dragging a file directly from Finder/ File does not reproduce the issue.
