…conference (#3569) * fix: focus the video call window when it is already on the requested conference Opening a conference focuses the video call window instead of recreating it only when the URL is exactly the one the window was opened for. The web client's conference start page replaces its own address with the conference's once the conference exists, so for a call the user started, opening that call again — from the workspace's ongoing calls, say — never matched: the window was closed and opened anew, the user left the call and joined it again, and the others saw them freeze until the old connection timed out. The window is now also matched by what its webview shows, and URLs are compared as conferences — origin, path and query — rather than as strings. Rocket.Chat NV-86. …uilds (#3570) * fix: open video calls in the internal window on Mac App Store builds (NV-88) Mac App Store builds always opened video calls in the browser. A process.mas check in the preload skipped the internal window, the settings toggle was disabled, and a 3.8.4 migration stored the setting as off. No sandbox limit causes this. The production MAS build (4.17.2) opens the video call window, gets camera and microphone, and captures the screen when the window is opened directly. Remove the process.mas checks from the preload, the legacy Jitsi window.open override and the settings toggle, and drop the MAS-only description string. Turn the setting on once for existing MAS installs with a one-shot revision stored as config meta, the same way the menu-bar default is applied. A later user choice or an overridden-settings.json value still wins. * fix: stop saying Jitsi calls open only in the browser The "Video calls inside app" description said that Google Meet and Jitsi calls always open in the browser. Jitsi calls open in the video call window, so remove Jitsi from the description in all locales. Google Meet calls still open in the browser. * fix: show the clear screen capture permissions button on Mac App Store builds Mac App Store builds now open video calls in the video call window, so users can give a server permission to capture the screen. Show the button that clears these permissions on all builds. (cherry picked from commit e31e013)

If the webview moves from conference A to conference B, activeCall.url can still name A. A request for A then matches the recorded URL, focuses the window showing B, and never opens A.
