WalkthroughThe preload imports an IPC sanitizer that clones arguments and restricts renderer IPC methods to allowed channels. The video-call webview disables Node.js integration and enables context isolation. ChangesIPC channel protection

server-view/conference-requested and telephony/call-requested so the sanitizer
permits the preload listeners for these main-process events.

from `sanitize(args)` or `originalInvoke` reject its returned promise instead of
throwing synchronously. Preserve the unauthorized-channel rejection behavior.

I did not add unit tests for dynamic Risk: Any third-party integration using unlisted custom IPC channels in the renderer will be blocked and will log a warning to console. |

The provider webview enables
nodeIntegration, but the sanitizer is imported only by a different preload bundle. Provider content can therefore obtainipcRendererdirectly and invoke main-process channels outside the fixed video-call bridge. For example,
log-viewer-window/get-server-mappingis not allowlisted, but its handler returns every configured server URL and title. Provider content can request that workspace data directly.Suggested fix
webview.setAttribute( 'webpreferences', - 'nodeIntegration, nativeWindowOpen=true' + 'nodeIntegration=false, contextIsolation=true, nativeWindowOpen=true' );The existing video-call preload remains responsible for its required fixed-channel operations through
contextBridge.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Hi @jhaabhijeet864, thank you for the careful audit of the IPC channels! It is clear that you put real work into it. After a review, we decided not to take this change. The server webview preload already runs with context isolation. The web page can reach the main process only through the functions that the preload exposes with So I am closing this PR. Maybe you find an exposed |

Ofcourse, I totally get that 🫡 . Thanks for the Review @jeanfbrito |
