We do ingest some things from Monarch, like HPOA (#296 ). Are we doing the right things? There's a bigger issue about what kind of long term merger we want to have with monarch, but short term, let's review our ingest.
We are ingesting data from 18/88 primary knowledge sources in Monarch-KG
We are only ingesting edges with the following predicates:
'biolink:causes',
'biolink:contributes_to',
'biolink:has_phenotype',
'biolink:expressed_in'
There are 59 primaru knowledge sources that could have additional data for us to consider.
infores: complexportal, infores:interpro, infores:rhea pop out when doing a quick scan.
One issue is that many of the infores ids in Monarch-KG are not coming up in the information_resource_registry.yaml I reached out to Kevin Schaper for clarification.
