Used clang-format to format the files in the following folders:
"include/"
"modules/"
"examples/"
"tests/"

Fixed the cpplint warnings in "include/" and changed the ".clang-format" file accordingly.

Hi, I just remembered that some sections might have a specific code structure for readability, meaning in that case clang-format should ignore that code block. I'll work on that now.

I'd prefer automatic code styling over readability, personally. Those comment block standards are from raylib.h, but we don't have to adopt the standard.

On 2nd thought, it would be faster if someone else points to something that shouldn't have been formatted, instead of me looking through and guessing.

Might wanna keep that

Though, since that seems adopted everywhere. I think there's a config in the CPPLINT/format to address that.

That's the only feedback I got on this. Other changes look solid to me. Thanks so much.

Suppressed the cpplint warning to match the new format.
