Widget Muting #28

General way to 'pause' a widget. Widget can choose to add a pause/play button to their widget that mutes or unmutes this widget.

muted widgets will not be updated when new data comes in. can be helpful if you're looking at a specific plot or something and you don't want it scrolling offscreen
