B2B Account Manager building autonomous AI agents — Whitby / Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I've spent the last 10 years managing residential and commercial business accounts — owning the client relationships, the renewals, and the day-to-day problems that never make it into a job description. That decade taught me exactly where business workflows break, so now I build from that experience: autonomous AI agents that do the operational work I used to watch fall through the cracks, for finance, legal, and sales teams. I ship live products and compete in hackathons, building in public.
Contributor to foundry-rs/book (the Foundry Book, 965+ stars) — 7 merged pull requests, including the forge-std reference pages for stdJson and stdToml, the cheatcodes .env loading documentation, and the forge remove cleanup docs. I also review other contributors' PRs and answer issues there — small, source-verified documentation work, landed consistently.
