Include Tolerance options in table

I'm reviewing the "Differences From EPANET2.md" document and notice that 3 new choices are discussed in detail for 'accuracy' but not listed in the table.

These being, HEADER_TOLERANCE, FLOW_TOLERANCE, AND FLOW_CHANGE_LIMIT. If I'm not mistaken, shouldn't these me in the list of new option keyword table in the document?

No Problem, as I play around with this and experiment, I'll make a list of other inconsistencies (from a 'newer' user perspective). I'm assuming I could make updates to it and push them, or would you rather me just update this 'issue' once I've consolidated comments/thoughts.
