- allow gcc 14 and 15 under linux - disable sdl2_image tests for the flatpak test run
- make better wildcard, so that only installable packages are found
did rebase of main on 8602033 and that conflicts with some changes here
- especially gcc reports many error with the new strict compiler flags

…and it used many exception based things ( throw and catch)
- we needs the symbols, that they define
- fix some edk2 cpp related things - link the final efi file to the output, that meson expects
- use newer edk2 version - use correct llvm port for uefi - use ports for sdl2 from github
