Rename three documentation files into the Notes/ directory and apply a minor text formatting tweak in Notes/DeepResearch into the PJ by Gemz.txt. Add multiple new image assets under screenshot_data (including MMP reduced by half/ and OG/ subfolders) to capture simulation outputs and plots.

Logic looks correct. One suggestion: the early return on line prevents the cleanup function from running — worth adding a finally block.
