perf(runtime): cache the instance prototype per class meta - #535
ArgConverter::CreateJsWrapper only cached prototypes for JS-extended classes (ClassPrototypes). Every other native object returned to JS rebuilt its prototype on each wrap:
objc_getClass(meta->name())
the constructor template lookup
GetFunction
a new "prototype" V8 string and a property Get
Without extra protocols the constructor template is cached per meta, so its prototype never changes. MetaInstancePrototypes keeps it per meta; a wrap with no extra protocols now goes straight to SetPrototype. Wraps with extra protocols take the existing path.
Measurements
iPhone 17 Pro simulator, xplat-benchmarks NativeScript app, size M, 5 interleaved rounds. Both builds come from this branch, with and without the change. attached is the mount phase up to the views being attached, B/A:

Four of five rounds went the same way; one round was noisy in both directions. In a sampled profile of that app, this lookup chain was about 40% of CreateJsWrapper.
Testing
Simulator builds of NativeScript.framework, swapped into the benchmark app; every benchmark round ran to completion.
TestRunner not run yet.

Performance Improvements
Reusing cached object prototypes can make repeated creation of native object wrappers more efficient.
Prototype caching is cleared when the runtime cache is destroyed, helping keep cached data scoped to the runtime’s lifetime.
CreateJsWrapper only had a prototype cache for JS-extended classes
(ClassPrototypes). Every other native object returned to JS rebuilt its
prototype on each wrap: objc_getClass(meta->name()), the constructor
template lookup, GetFunction, a new "prototype" string and a property Get.
Without extra protocols the constructor template is cached per meta, so
its prototype is fixed. MetaInstancePrototypes keeps it per meta and the
wrap goes straight to SetPrototype.

Walkthrough
Caches now stores persistent V8 prototypes by metadata and clears them during destruction. CreateJsWrapper reuses a cached prototype when no additional protocols are requested. On a cache miss, or when additional protocols are requested, it obtains the prototype from the initialized constructor.
Caches stores persistent prototypes by metadata and clears the map during destruction. CreateJsWrapper checks the cache when no additional protocols are requested and caches the prototype on a miss. When additional protocols are requested, it obtains the prototype without caching it.
The prototype cache speeds up wrapping native objects, but it can hand out an outdated prototype if app code replaces a native class's prototype. Wrappers created after the replacement would then miss the new methods and fail instanceof checks. Resolve this before merging, or explicitly accept it as a known limitation.

A rabbit checks the prototype cache, And finds a match without a dash. If none is there, it builds anew, Then stores the form for protocols few. The cache is cleared when its days are through.

Keep the cached prototype in sync with the constructor.
After one wrapper populates this cache, JavaScript can replace C.prototype with another object. A later native object with the same metadata then receives the old prototype, so it misses methods on the replacement and fails instanceof C. The previous path read the constructor’s current prototype for each wrap. The constructor template does not make that property read-only. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Read the current constructor prototype on each wrap, or invalidate the cache when it changes.
