Pull request overview
This PR updates the Microsoft Defender XDR Action center documentation to clarify when response actions appear in the Action center list, aiming to reduce support escalations related to action visibility and the Pending experience.
Changes:
- Adds guidance that response actions appear only after completion and clarifies the purpose of the pending-approval view.
| In Action Center, response actions are displayed only after they are completed. For example, while a file is being collected, it will not appear under the Pending tab. The Pending tab is reserved for actions that require user attention. | ||

@guywi-ms Could you take a look at this change? To me, it contradicts what's said in the intro graf of this section, where "All actions, whether they're pending approval or were already taken, are tracked in the Action center" There's no supporting documentation I can find that this change is correct. |
