Motivation

Intent-based DDL needs behavioral evidence that atomic commit matches serial execution without rejecting unrelated catalog changes.

Description

Add controlled serial-reference comparisons for replacement objects, renamed-away targets, destination collisions, revoked authorization, and schema swaps. Check rollback, object identity, rewritten dependents, statement-prefix visibility, preserved no-op notices, and a barrier-driven no-retry concurrency workload.

Register the rename/swap cases as a dedicated CI job. Source contracts remain in the harness for the broader migration, but are not enabled in this vertical-slice CI job.

Stack 4/4, depends on #39974, #39975, and #39976. The incremental review unit is commit 6a8860c. These drafts target main for sequential landing. The observation-based stack is unchanged.

Verification

Baseline executions expose the intended semantic differences. Candidate behavior and combined checks are pending CI. The new tests must pass before broadening the implementation to sources and staged connection preparation.

Release notes

None.

Keep namespace-dependent progress names out of external purification results. Choose them alongside source planning, where the catalog and statement context are explicit.
