When reaching the there is another condition screen, the field shows a blank checkbox instead of Yes/No controls (see image).
The bug was originally spotted by Kyle (see attached Word doc). I was able to reproduce the error through the following steps: selected "Describe problems and find solutions"; when asked about housing problems, selected "No heat or not enough heat..."; when asked if I wanted to add more problems, selected "Yes, see more problems I may have in each room"; at the following screen, selected "Emergency"; at the following screen, scrolled to the bottom and selected "Continue".
