Requirements
- Add an additional server 'Owner Overview' to the server dropdown list
- Add a read only toggle component which uses a modal to confirm before turning off (default read only)
- Add a button on insights to show each server details the bot is in
- Show all current user roles ordered by highest member count
- Show all votes ordered by most recent
- Show a summary of users verified
- Add a filterable search for user accounts
