This pull request changes the compat entry for the JET package from 0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12 to 0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, 0.13.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Claude:

Roots fails PkgEval on Julia nightly (1.15-DEV) because JET 0.12 no longer precompiles on 1.14+ (Compiler.WorldView was removed in JuliaLang/julia#59413), and PkgEval tests the registered version. Could this be merged and a patch release tagged? That would fix Roots on PkgEval.
