MLIR.jl presents high-level tools to manipulate MLIR dialects through the MLIR C API.

MLIR.jl is not abandoned, but all current maintainers are focused working on Reactant.jl. It works with a local copy of MLIR.jl for fast development. Once it stabilizes, we plan to port changes here.
