This enables the reading of geozarr data or at least some geozarr data as YAXArrays.
This is not yet fully implemented and should be tested against the conformance testsets in the geozarr spec repository.
@meggart Could you have a first reading if this would be usable like this?
This currently fails to read data when the affine transformation is actually rotating but this is also ignored in the case of geotiff data.
