Packages available under Updates should be available under All Packages

So, this is a little embarrassing. Spent five minutes searching for Preware so I could update it, and it turns out it was under the updates tab.

I feel like it might be nice to include them in the search results for Available Packages, with an Update button.

Might dig my teeth into WOSQI to do this myself tomorrow :)
