Bumps pixi.toml version and CHANGELOG.md for the v0.2.0-alpha release, covering the Mojo/MAX toolchain revival (marrow fork, nightly-compat fixes, CI drift-detector) plus the accumulated perf/bugfix work since v0.1.0-alpha.
Once merged, I'll tag v0.2.0-alpha on main and push the tag, which triggers release.yml to create the GitHub Release.
