The repo stopped at 4.2. These tags declare 4.3, follow the 4.2 XSD (still the 4.3 schema), and cover SIMID, OMID verification, skipoffset, and CTV Pause/Screensaver.
Drop CTV Portfolio tags (2026, not 4.3), caption/companion clones of 4.2, invented mezzanine and Clearcast ids, and the folder essay. AdSystem/@Version is the ad server, not the VAST version.
