docs: Watch and Walkthrough sections in the README and explainer - #376

The README and docs/explainer/index.html gain two sections. Watch embeds the concept film "Re-derive it. Don't take it on trust." from harperz9.github.io/explainers.html, with captions and a link to its transcript and sources, and notes that a narrated video walkthrough comes with the next release. Walkthrough takes a reader through install, a first run and the main feature, step by step, with commands and output copied from real runs recorded on the explainer page. Bump pyproject.toml, desktop/pubspec.yaml (1.5.1+36) and desktop/lib/version.dart. Add RELEASE-NOTES-1.5.1.md and a 1.5.1 CHANGELOG section for the three PRs merged since v1.5.0: release media rendered from each release's own files (#377), the animated explainer page (#375) and the README Watch and Walkthrough sections (#376). The README's pending video line now links the walkthrough and explainer videos that the release-media workflow attaches to the latest release. No runtime change.
