Version 2 of this package seems to be significantly nerfed #14

Hi,

It seems that v2 of this package has been significantly nerfed in relation to Set* extensions on DateTime and the entire Moment class. Any plans on bringing that back? Or is there new ways of doing things?

Kind regards,
Søren
